WHO YOU ARE: You have proven success in opening new studios within either a franchise model and/or multi-unit operation. Your expertise lies within building go-to-market sales and new studio business strategies. You understand inspiring communication, training and ongoing brand management are key elements to success. You thrive in team settings, sharing ideas and collaborating with others to help move increase key performance metrics. You're a master at managing several projects at a time, and you roll with it when deadlines shift. You take direction and collaborate well, but because you're a self-starter, you don't depend on it to make things happen.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In partnership with the VP of Franchise Operations and Director of New Studio Development you will:
1. Plan and support successful studio openings through proven marketing and sales, tactics, partnerships, business development and strategic integrated go-to-market campaigns.
2. Be a key leader on the Franchise Team. The Franchise Team's purpose is to provide a strong franchise framework and support system to drive revenue and profit for barre3 Owners. Important elements include contributing to the ongoing evolution and innovation of Owner development, client needs, industry best practice, research & development of new initiatives and strong collaboration with other barre3 departments.
3. Execute Grand Opening Field Support. Travel to new studio openings to operationalize marketing and sales strategies.
