    Your job will be to find new franchisees to join the party. You’ll attract aspiring entrepreneurs to a fun, proven business model and guide them through the franchise exploration process to the decision to purchase a franchise. You’ll also work with our awesome franchisees to help them find opportunities to open more locations.

    Crafting clever campaigns and utilizing creative marketing methods - from YouTube and blogging to AdWords and automated emails - you’ll cast a wide net to generate interest in our brands from successful small business owners as well as ambitious candidates looking to escape the chains of their desk jobs. While not a pest, you’ll relentlessly and systematically follow up with prospects to keep them moving toward the glory of franchise ownership. And while you’re the farthest thing from a sleazy used car salesman, your friendly and charming personality will make you the perfect voice for extolling the virtues of Pump It Up and BounceU ownership. 

    We’ve identified 100 territories available for development, and we’re looking for a superstar who will develop new techniques and processes to accelerate our franchise development efforts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (even fun people have them):

    • Generate and follow up on franchise development leads
    • Lead the franchise exploration and approval process with prospects, including emails, phone calls, and in-person Discovery Days
    • Draft new territory boundaries
    • Act as a brand ambassador
    • Manage franchise agreement renewals and expansion with existing franchisees
    • Work with the legal team to prepare contract packages
    • Evaluate competitive franchise agreements and participate in making annual edits to our standard franchise agreements 


    • Bachelor’s Degree or experience to make up the difference
    • Franchise sales experience is a plus, but we’re more interested in your ability to generate interest in our brands and convince prospects of the value of joining us
    • Desire to make franchisees successful
    • Superb time management skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure
    • Authentic listening and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence people
    • Strong negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to read and understand legal documents
    • Collaborative work style
    • Excellent writing ability
    • Fanatical about details
    • Strong computer skills
