    The Profile Executive Director of Operations (Chief Operating Officer - COO) is responsible for leading the execution of all business operations, including overseeing the day-to-day operations to support all corporate and franchise locations, leading financial and operational performance, franchise sales and relations, new store development, and franchisee training. The COO will oversee all aspects of operations to achieve sales growth and profitability through consistent execution in providing high quality services and a unique member experience.

    Leads the effectiveness of the Operations function by clearly articulating the brand strategy, mission, vision and values and translating into actionable plans across all areas of the business. Provides strategic leadership, direction and accountability to field support teams and store teams in order to deliver on the strategic and financial goals of the company. Assess and determine performance gaps, opportunities and operational needs across the system and develop initiatives and drive them to completion accordingly. Source, interview, hire, coach and develop operations team cultivating a culture of empowerment, accountability and high performance. Develop trust and credibility with the Profile franchise community: actively listens and accepts feedback; conveys ideas and/or concerns with brand leadership; communicates and holds operators accountable to brand standards. Drives the highest standards of member experience and operational excellence at the unit level and broadly across the organization to achieve a consistent exceptional member experience and member outcomes. Oversees the development and deployment a best in class franchisee training and development program to promote consistency across the brand. Oversees and serves as the primary point of contact for the Profile Franchise Advisory Council. Leads a team responsible for new store openings ensuring that all occur on time and on budget, with a highly trained and motivated staff. Oversees and drives franchise sales process to meet strategic and financial goals of the company. Performs other duties as assigned by the Profile CEO.

    10+ experience, ideally with a rapid-growth, franchise or multi-unit organization. 10+ years leading and developing a team of operations professionals. Superior customer orientation with a clear ability to translate customer needs into short-term and long-range operating plans and business strategy. Creative, strategic thinker, able to work in a fast-paced complex work environment. Exceptional financial management skills, with an ability to anticipate potential issues and implement tactical plans for corrective action. Previous experience in the development, implementation and management of operations training programs. Exceptional project and change management skills in scoping, design and delivery. Must be comfortable and effective in influencing stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in ambiguity. Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various change activities. Comfortable working in a fast paced, results oriented culture.
