    The Franchise Administrative Project Coordinator position provides overall support for the franchise consulting and advisory vertical. On-going communication with clients and internal personnel; responsible for all aspects of franchise consulting projects from pre-client engagement through completion of project.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates internal resources and third parties (vendors and contractors) for execution of client


    • Coordinates standing franchise client calls using Outlook Calendar, WebEx, setting up conference calls, etc.
    • Initiates the on-boarding process of new franchise consulting clients; welcome letter, presentation prior to kickoff meeting, assimilating document production.
    • Upload all document production from franchise client into firm's secure file sharing, storage and collaboration platform: iChannel / SharePoint.
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and identify need for technical staffing.
    • Coordinate, schedule, and manage internal and external staffing for each project.
    • Develop franchise client project plans to monitor and track progress.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    • Manage franchise client relationships with all stakeholders
    • Prepares and distributes franchise client meeting agendas well in advance of all client meetings (conference calls, in-person, WebEx, etc.).
    • Be on all franchise client standing calls, take detailed minutes and distributed approved minutes within 24-hours after call.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive franchise project documentation, e.g., invoices, hours expended, etc.
    • Solicits support from and communicates effectively with internal staff.
    • May perform additional duties, as directed by DCV Partners.
    • Arrange and coordinate all franchise client in-person meetings and regularly scheduled conference calls.
    • Proposal generation for franchise consulting, sales, and advisory prospects.
    • Franchise Sales and Development presentation creation for franchise projects/clients.
    • Content creation for franchise collateral and other franchise related messaging.
    • Support of networking and franchise industry sponsored events.
    • Franchise trade-show coordination, e.g., registration, site selection, travel, booth materials, etc.
    • Coordinating with marketing department on franchise related projects.
    • Plan and coordinate all DCV Franchise Group networking and sales events.


     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ability to multi-task projects and have complete oversight from conception to completion while communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to coexist and interact with a wide variety of personalities.
    • Capability to design and implement project flow-charts with timelines.
    • Proven ability to overcome objections and control client situations with positivity.
    • Must be able to manage and grow existing customer relationships.
    • Strong background using project management tools, data management software (Access / Excel), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other technology as needed.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be self-motivated, self-directed and self-starting.
    • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills that include and are not limited to maintaining cloud storage structure and consistency of uploaded client documents, the firm's library of manual templates, etc.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma minimum requirement, some college preferred.
    • Experience working in franchising.
    • Experience in all aspects of franchise process and recruitment.
    • Knowledge of franchising principles, market dynamics and recruitment of franchise candidates.
    • Knowledge of advisory approaches and experience guiding new and existing entrepreneurs to make sound business decisions.
