    Director of Franchise Sales for Dessange Group North America (DGNA)

    This position is ideally based out of our Beverly, MA HQ but we will consider other locations.

     This is an exempt position with a compensation structure of Base + Commission.

     The Director of Franchise Sales is responsible to recruit highly qualified new prospects to meet the Company's goals and objectives while tracking and controlling the new development of locations with existing franchisees to ensure the long-term success of the Company.


    • Target, identify, recruit, qualify and close prospective franchisees. 
    • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services. 
    • Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans. 
    • Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals. 
    • Work cross departmentally to ensure each franchisee has the approval for new locations based on full compliance with all departments, such as our legal, finance, operations, marketing and real estate.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to build and maintain solid, trusted partnerships with existing Franchise Owners, track account progress, identify and resolve problems, discover changes and identify new sales opportunities.
    • Coordinate and attend discovery days, scheduling follow-up meetings and successfully conducting them.
    • Familiarity with the Real Estate process and area demographics.
    • Monitor existing development schedules to ensure compliance.
    • Maintain communication with variety of lending sources to make development capital available to franchisees.
    • Create presentations and be able to persuasively administer them.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Strong knowledge of franchise operations, real estate/site selection and franchise financing.
    • Ability to create excitement and strong pipeline of potential Franchisees for a new brand.
    • Proven track record of high sales performance for a new franchise system
    • Solid working knowledge of franchising, business development, and strategic planning. International experience a plus. 
    • Experience in growing underdeveloped territories through strong team-building and lead maximization strategies.
    • Proven track record of setting sales goals and implementing necessary steps to achieve sales goals year after year.
